Education

I have completed all of the courses and training required to assist you to the fullest in your real estate needs.  Before I enrolled in the Canadian Forces, I attended the University of Western Ontario.  I left Western, to pursue a career in the military.

Personal Background

While in the Canadian Forces, I enrolled as an Infanteer.  As an Infanteer, I spent a great deal of time training and operating in various environments.  I was deployed on two operational tours, spending over a year overseas protecting Canada's interests and preserving peace abroad.  After six years in the Infantry, I remustered to the Military Police.  As a Military Police Person, I was employed as a Patrolperson, Criminal Investigator and Instructor at the Military Police Academy.  As an MP, I was also deployed on an operational tour and spent my time in Afghanistan.  Surprisingly enough, the Real Estate Profession and Policing have numerous similarities! 

I look forward to utilizing all of my skills to do the best job that I can for you.  In policing I learned that credibility is paramount.  I will do what I say I am going to to when I say I am going to do it.  You can count on me!

Professional Interests

As a Real Estate Professional, my interests are my clients!  I very much enjoy the buying and selling process.  The thrill of the search for the perfect property for you, or the research to get your property sold quickly and at the best price are my concerns.

Professional Background

After a career in the Canadian Forces, (in both the Infantry and Military Police) I chose to be a Real Estate Professional for the next part of my life.  I look forward to helping you with either your buying or selling needs and assisting you in the negotiations of the best deal for you.

Community Involvement

After years of moving around with the CF, I ended up in Barrie.  My family and I enjoy it here and plan to put down roots in the area.   I enjoy supporting various local charities and giving of my time whenever possible.  Now that I'm settled, I can spend more time in my community and give back for all the success it has provided me.

Personal Interests

I enjoy spending time with my family and travelling the world.  I have been to many amazing and interesting places and look forward to seeing more when time permits.

Specialties

Before I began my career in Real Estate, I was personally involved in the rental property market.  I have numerous contacts that may assist in enhancing your current residence/property or I may have ideas for you for the future.

Need a landscaper.....  I know a great company.  Drywall mudding getting you down?  I know a team that specializes in that!  Carpet need changing?  I have a contact that gets it done fast and easy.  Need something re-wired?  I always use the same guy.  Need a good lawyer?  Use the one I use.

All of those I refer are honest, dependable and you probably won't find a better price if you try.  I will endeavor to get you the best value for your money.  After all, unlike my kids believe, it doesn't grow on trees!

I strive to make every experience the best one.  After all, I learned when moving around that in the military, we used word of mouth for referring professional assistance.  My goal is to make you happy with our transaction!

Giving Back Through Charity

As part of my campaign for giving back to the community, I have decided to support the following charities:

For members of the Canadian Forces, I will donate a portion of my commission proceeds to the Wounded Warriors Program;

For Police Officers, I will donate to the Memorial Ribbon Program;

For Military Police, I will donate to the Military Police Fund For Blind Children; and

For those who are animal lovers, my family and I volunteer for Street Cats Animal Shelter.  They have been featured on the International Humane Society web site and do great work.
